As we celebrate National Library Week we wanted to reflect on the process of exploring the adjacencies and relationships between interior spaces. The interior is the hub of the Library and offers opportunity for interactions between all user groups. Through use of playful colors, textures, daylight, furnishings, and so much more, these spaces come alive and provide a vibrant space for communities to enjoy. A major milestone for Westminster’s new Municipal Courthouse!
Last month we celebrated the “topping out” ceremony, signing the final steel beam before it was lifted into place. Replacing the 60-year-old facility the new purpose-built home for Westminster courts will provide a modern, safe, secure and accessible courthouse.
Designed in close partnership with the community, the new civic campus will also include a community partner, the Community Reach Center, along with a new public park and playground, creating a welcoming space that serves Westminster for decades to come.

We’re thrilled to join Olympic National Park in planning for their new Visitor Center at Hurricane Ridge! Since 2017 we’ve been working with the park and were heartbroken when the original lodge was lost to a fire in 2023. Our team was on site in December to kickoff the project and recently participated in a public listening session, where the community shared their ideas, questions, and memories to help inform and inspire the design ahead. The new facility will service visitor and employee safety, and enhance visitor experiences. We’re honored to help shape a place that will serve the park and its community for generations to come.

With a background in design and sustainability, Kady brings a research-driven, detail-focused approach to her work. A University of Florida and University of Michigan alum, she’s passionate about architecture that serves the public and thoughtfully responds to its environment.

Kady loves site visits and digging into the details, and outside of work you’ll find her camping, playing tennis, drawing or painting, and cooking. We’re excited to have her on the team!
