After over 10 years operating in Minnesota, we are excited to announce that we are moving our business and family to the beautiful state of Colorado! We will be offering similar services but in our new location, starting with small to mid size remodels as we build out our network of suppliers and subs.

We are so thankful for all the support we have received here in Minnesota. It has been a wonderful place to work and we have had amazing clients.

We look forward to more creative and beautiful projects in Colorado!

Our home base will be just west of Golden, CO - so we will focus on Golden, Evergreen, Genesee and surrounding areas. We move this weekend and will start our work in Colorado once we get settled and have a few hikes/mtn bike trips under our belts.

Well this was fun! The prior home on this lot was a teardown due to a cracked foundation and small footprint.

We built a new home in its place with a custom plan, warm but contemporary finishes, environmentally friendly touches and tons of natural light. All backing up to quiet Ramsey County Open space (trees and owls galore).

It's always just a little sad to send our "baby house" on to its new owners, but it's time for it to get messed up, lived in and serve as a setting for a real family life. Congrats to the new owners who start moving in tomorrow!

Special thanks to Jake Tonsager who ended his 10+ year run with Constructive Builders on this project. His amazing craftsmanship skills are shown throughout the home. We will miss you Jake but wish you nothing but the best on your next adventures out west!

I guess there's no turning back now! On to full demo, excavation and a new built home on this lot in Arden Hills. Should be fun - and will provide some great entertainment for the quarantined neighborhood kiddos!
