Progress report on this home!

We got the LP Building Solutions Nickel Gap siding all wrapped up and painted. Looking👌

On the inside, Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring hung the doors and shelving, paint is complete, Hill Country Cabinets Inc delivered and installed the custom cabinetry, AND Italstone-US Marble & Granite got the countertops templated. Countertop installation soon!

Then it's on to tiling the showers, finish electrical, finish plumbing, and more 🏡🔨

Latest update on this house project🏡

Sheetrock is completed, and the walls have been primed and textured.

PARR Lumber delivered the door and trim package. Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring started installing that this morning🔨👌

On the outside, siding is being installed. This is a first for us... 😲We're using LP Building Solutions Nickel Gap siding installed vertically! This will give the customer a clean modern look. It's looking great, and is sure to turn out fantastic.

Big progress update from the build 👇

Insulation is finished up. We did some sound insulation to keep the noise down.

We’re officially moving through the messy middle and are coming out the other side. Drywall is up and taped throughout the home, and you can really start to see the layout come to life.

We also worked through a few real-world challenges along the way—everything from weather exposure to keeping materials protected during construction. That’s part of the job, and we stay on top of it to make sure the final product is solid and built to last.
Right now, we’re heading into the finish phase: • •Trim and Interior paint coming up next
• Doors, and cabinets on deck
• Fixtures to follow

This is the stage where it all starts looking like a home instead of a jobsite. We’re getting close.

Project update time 🏡

Cherry Roofing wrapped up the metal roofing👌
We got the interior walls framed up, and the rest of the Milgard Windows & Doors installed. The linesets for the mini splits are in, Precision Service & Electric LLC got the rough-in electric dialed. Now on to insulation, after a couple inspections.

Progress update from the jobsite 👷‍♂️

We’re making headway on this custom build!
• Exterior is framed, and the structure is dried-in
• House wrap installed and some Milgard Windows & Doors in
• Interior slab placed and professionally finished by Tier 1 Concrete LLC
• Ready for the next phase- framing interior walls, and onto the mechanical

The concrete crew did a great job on the slab finish — smooth, level, and ready for layout. With the building dried-in, we can now move efficiently into plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins while staying protected from the weather.
This home is coming together exactly as planned. We’re focused on quality at every stage — from foundation to final trim — to ensure this build performs as well as it looks for years to come.

On to the next phase. 🔨

From framing to finish—the transformation is real. 🔄
The exterior is buttoned up against the elements, and the interior is really taking shape now that the mud and tape are finished. There's nothing like seeing a project go from a shell to a bright, clean workspace. Precision Service & Electric LLC got all the lighting and outlets wrapped up👌The CHI Overhead Doors with sidemount openers were installed. Now just a bit of trim, and some cleanup, and we'll be wrapped up.

Project update‼️
Tum-A-Lum Lumber got the lumber and wall sheathing delivered last week, and framing was started. 🔨 This week, PARR Lumber delivered the trusses. Milgard Windows & Doors are on the way, as well as Cherry Roofing. Then we'll get Tier 1 Concrete LLC in to pour the slab floor. It's a little bit of a different schedule than normal, for us, on this one. Typically the floor would already be finished, but with the weather doing it's thing, we decided to get the shell up first! 🔨🏡

12/24/2025

Update on a couple of our current projects. The foundation is poured, and Waterways, Inc. did the underslab plumbing. Framing will commence shortly!
On the shop, the exterior siding metal from ASC Building Products has been completed👌 L&W Supply delivered the sheetrock, and it has been hung. Mud and taping will start soon, and we'll be wrapping up that project in fairly short order👍🏻🔨

A few pictures of the status of some of our other projects.... two homes and a shop. Hill Country Cabinets Inc built, and installed these 👌 alder cabinets. Tier 1 Concrete LLC poured some exterior flatwork and a garage floor before it got too cold. 🏡 🔨

‼️New start alert.
The weather has been nice enough, for long enough, that we were able to get another project started👌 Mountain View Excavation, INC got it dug out, and our foundation people did their thing! Backfill begins Monday, Waterways, Inc. and Precision Service & Electric LLC after that. 🏡

11/16/2025

Project(s) update! First on the list is our new home start. Mountain View Excavation, INC got the driveway in, and the excavating done for the homesite. Our foundation guys got started this week, got the footings poured, and started on wall setup. 🏡
On our shop project, it's all framed up and the ASC Building Products roof is installed! The wall metal is being delivered this coming week by Tum-A-Lum Lumber, and Precision Service & Electric LLC will likely start wiring as well.
