Quick update on 3 of our current projects😃
Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring wrapped up these fantastic tile showers. The tongue and groove soffit from Lakeside Lumber is all installed. We're really close to completion on this one.

Framing is complete on the shop, and the Milgard Windows are installed. Tum-A-Lum Lumber delivered the roof metal from ASC Building Products. That will be installed pretty soon. Wall metal shortly after the roof is done.

And we've started a new house project! These customers have been chomping at the bit, and we're all excited for this build!

Nearly complete!

Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring completed the tile. showers, and backsplash👌
Waterways, Inc. wrapped up the plumbing finish.
We got some pre finished tongue and groove 1x6 soffit from Lakeside Lumber and got that all installed.
Precision Service & Electric LLC installed all the lights and ceiling fans.
The construction cleaners are doing their magic today 🧹🧽
It's all looking 🔥, and we'll be getting final inspection this coming week 🔨 🏡

We've got an update for this project!

Italstone-US Marble & Granite got the quartz countertops installed, along with some of the backsplash. 👌
Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring is hard at work on the kitchen backsplash and dual tile showers👀
Lakeside Lumber delivered the pre finished tongue and groove soffit material.
Appliances have been delivered, the heating trim out is done, gutters are scheduled, and we're a few weeks away from being all done😃💪

New start alert‼️

We have started a 40x60 stick frame shop. Mountain View Excavation, INC did the dig out and backfill. Tier 1 Concrete LLC poured the slab floor today. Concrete from Gorge Crete. It's going to be a real fine shop for this customer! 🔨🪚

Progress report on this home!

We got the LP Building Solutions Nickel Gap siding all wrapped up and painted. Looking👌

On the inside, Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring hung the doors and shelving, paint is complete, Hill Country Cabinets Inc delivered and installed the custom cabinetry, AND Italstone-US Marble & Granite got the countertops templated. Countertop installation soon!

Then it's on to tiling the showers, finish electrical, finish plumbing, and more 🏡🔨

Latest update on this house project🏡

Sheetrock is completed, and the walls have been primed and textured.

PARR Lumber delivered the door and trim package. Finn Ridge Tile & Flooring started installing that this morning🔨👌

On the outside, siding is being installed. This is a first for us... 😲We're using LP Building Solutions Nickel Gap siding installed vertically! This will give the customer a clean modern look. It's looking great, and is sure to turn out fantastic.

Big progress update from the build 👇

Insulation is finished up. We did some sound insulation to keep the noise down.

We’re officially moving through the messy middle and are coming out the other side. Drywall is up and taped throughout the home, and you can really start to see the layout come to life.

We also worked through a few real-world challenges along the way—everything from weather exposure to keeping materials protected during construction. That’s part of the job, and we stay on top of it to make sure the final product is solid and built to last.
Right now, we’re heading into the finish phase: • •Trim and Interior paint coming up next
• Doors, and cabinets on deck
• Fixtures to follow

This is the stage where it all starts looking like a home instead of a jobsite. We’re getting close.

Cherry Roofing wrapped up the metal roofing👌
We got the interior walls framed up, and the rest of the Milgard Windows & Doors installed. The linesets for the mini splits are in, Precision Service & Electric LLC got the rough-in electric dialed. Now on to insulation, after a couple inspections.

Progress update from the jobsite 👷‍♂️

We’re making headway on this custom build!
• Exterior is framed, and the structure is dried-in
• House wrap installed and some Milgard Windows & Doors in
• Interior slab placed and professionally finished by Tier 1 Concrete LLC
• Ready for the next phase- framing interior walls, and onto the mechanical

The concrete crew did a great job on the slab finish — smooth, level, and ready for layout. With the building dried-in, we can now move efficiently into plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins while staying protected from the weather.
This home is coming together exactly as planned. We’re focused on quality at every stage — from foundation to final trim — to ensure this build performs as well as it looks for years to come.

On to the next phase. 🔨
