These people saved $30,000 on a new roof for one simple reason:
Fair Pricing.
And yes I mean someone priced this roof $30,000 higher than us. Thats no joke...
Because here's the thing…
When you get a few quotes for a roof replacement, you're bound to get quotes that are all over the place.
One guy will write measurements on a sticky note and tell you his price with no guarantee that you’re getting quality materials, warranties or that they’re even insured.
He’s usually the cheapest.
And spoiler alert:
If he’s uninsured and doesn’t offer warranties on paper; that’s not good… at all…
You’re also almost guaranteed to get quotes for so much higher than they should be that it's just crazy.
Why?
Usually it’s because that company has a ton of overhead.
Maybe they have a huge office and spend 50k a month on expensive billboards and tv commercials.
Bottom Line:
They have to recoup that money and pass on those costs to you.
So, for this particular job, we were able to do it for $30,000 less than the high priced guys, and for not much more than the guys who undercharge and then cut corners to make up for it.
