Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading heavy equipment

Comply with all legal and safety requirements of mechanically securing transported loads.

Must be able to secure equipment properly to trailer.

Responsible for proper loading and securing of heavy equipment to prevent movement and allow safe transport to job sites

Complete required load tickets

Pre and Post trip inspections for safety and compliance

Follow all DOT regulations

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external parties

Load and unload construction materials, waste and other objects from trucks and into dumpsters either manually or utilizing the assistance of a machine

Ability to trouble shoot problems

Maintain excellent open communication with coworkers and supervisors

Assist coworkers in ensuring that the job site is clean and organized at the end of each day

Maintain a safe work environment by following and supporting safe practices

Ability to comply with all company safety policies and procedures including OSHA guidelines

Perform any additional duties as assigned or directed

Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and handle physical work

Must be able to work in fast paced environment

Valid Class A CDL License

Willingness to travel out of town to jobsites

Must have oversize/overweight experience

Must use proper PPE on job site
