Join us this Saturday at the Goldston Fire Department for a Firefighter Chili Cook-Off supporting our local Boy Scouts!

Firefighters from Goldston, Bonlee, and Bennett will go head-to-head to see who has the best chili and YOU get to help decide by showing your support!

Time: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM

There will be a Silent Auction with great items to bid on also.

This is a fun way to support our youth, enjoy good food, and spend time with your community.

Bring your family, invite your friends, and help us make this a great event!

All proceeds benefit our local Boy Scouts.

We have steady work but Full Time will be guaranteed 40 hours per week, and we pay time and a half for overtime. Somewhat flexible schedule and plenty of overtime if you want it. A few updates from the compost site:
1) For all those excited to get their hands dirty and commence operation plant 2024, we've got new 1 cubic yard super sacks heading out the door this week to retailers. These are perfect if you need just a few cubic yards and want to keep your yard and driveway nice and tidy while landscaping.
2) We are now offering dump truck deliveries on Saturdays! For those not available to receive deliveries during the week, give us a call and we'll work you into the schedule.
3) We are pausing sales on BR-1NOP (for certified organic farmers) and BR-1MG until receiving test results back on the newest batches coming up for sale. Both of these products should be available the first week in March, but quantity is more limited than BR-1 so if you are in need please call and let us know the quantity you're interested in and we'll contact you when it is available.
4) If there ever was a time to get outside and plant abundance it is THIS YEAR! If you've been putting off a vegetable garden, berry bushes, fruit trees, or creating a beautiful landscape around your house, there's no time like the present to make your yard a bountiful place for your family and neighbors for generations to come.
