NOW HIRING: Construction Assistant / Future Superintendent

Gordon Brothers Construction is growing, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team immediately.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Picking up and delivering materials to job sites
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Installing company signage at active projects
- Handling small tasks such as temporary hardware installation, site setup, and punch-list items
- Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift, carry, and work outdoors
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Willing to learn and take direction

The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone who wants to learn custom home building from the ground up. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Superintendent and eventually a Superintendent role.

Location: Goochland, Powhatan, Louisa, and Hanover areas
Position: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience
