A lot goes into building a house. One of the biggest things behind the scenes before you build a house is first planning with client and architect for drawings and then is the permitting processes which always takes longer than expected. Excited to finally get this one out of the ground after a long couple months I’m waiting for Codes and the weather to cooperate. Framing starts next week🙌

Too many these photos may be the most boring part of the build process. But to me it always gets me excited! its that in between stage of framing, mechanical and insulation being done. Right before the transformation of drywall painting and trim finishes, as the space transform into someone’s forever home. Grateful to get to do what I do.
