This Sunday and Monday, the team had the incredible honor of being part of the St. Jude Darius + Friends events- from the Kick-Off Dinner Sunday to an unforgettable night at the Ryman last night. And this year? Together, this community raised over $1 MILLION for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital- for the first time ever.

A million dollars.
For families.
For hope.
For kids fighting battles no child should ever have to face.

What stood out most wasn’t just the number- it was the people behind it. The ones who showed up. The ones who quietly gave. The ones who believe that if you’re fortunate enough to be in a position to help, you do.

That’s the kind of company SynergyBuilt wants to keep and that's the kind of company we are building.

We’re proud to align ourselves with people and organizations who care deeply, lead generously, and understand success means very little if you’re not using some of it to make life better for someone else.

Two RPM events. One takeaway: they genuinely show up for their people. 👏

Last Friday, we were proud to sponsor RPM’s Maintenance Appreciation Day. Then on Tuesday, we had the opportunity to provide lunch for RPM’s maintenance training class at Society Nashville.

The impressive part isn’t just the events themselves. It’s the consistency.

Training. Recognition. Appreciation. Investment. RPM keeps putting action behind the idea that maintenance teams matter - and that culture doesn’t just happen by accident.

We’re grateful to be part of it all with such an intentional group of leaders and teams. Also… maintenance professionals deserve way more than cold pizza and a “great job, guys” email, so SynergyBuilt is more than happy to contribute lunch where we can. 🍔🔧

Yesterday’s NASHCAR Golf Tournament at Pine Creek Golf Course was proof that multifamily people will absolutely turn anything into a competitive sport. Golf. Cart decorating. Outfit coordination. Beverage pacing- all of it!

Huge shoutout to the golf committee for pulling off such a fun event and to everyone who stopped by to hang with the SynergyBuilt crew. We love getting to spend time with you outside the jobsite…especially when there’s sunshine, competition, and a completely reasonable amount of trash talk involved.

Thanks to everyone who spent the day with us. Multifamily knows how to show up! Already looking forward to next year...we’ll be the ones stretching beforehand like we’re headed to the Masters! 😅 🤲 ⛳🏁

SynergyBuilt teamed up with Real Floors last week for an amazing day with the leadership from RAM Partners, LLC at Popstroke- and honestly, this industry is at its best in moments like these.

Strong partnerships, a ton of laughs, a little healthy competition, and the kind of connections that make projects run better long after the event ends. We’re grateful to partner with companies like Real Floors and work alongside teams like RAM who make this industry feel a whole lot smaller in the very best way.

Also… there may have been some unexpectedly competitive people in this group. We respect it. 😂

We’re excited to welcome Ryan Atkinson to SynergyBuilt as a Project Manager!

Ryan has been with SynergyBuilt for a few weeks now- long enough to skip the intro and get straight to the work. No big splash. No 'new guy' energy. Just showing up and handling what’s in front of him with a problem-solver mindset and steady confidence.

What we’ve learned so far: Grosse Point Blank makes the cut (respect), music taste leans Danzig/Bauhaus/Ministry (we see you), cats get top billing but dogs aren’t canceled, and when in doubt- open the computer and figure it out.

Not your typical sponsorship…and that’s kind of the point.

Today, SynergyBuilt had the honor of sponsoring RPM’s Property Crawl with a rooftop setup at Samara that brought a little fun to a very inspiring day-lemonade stand included 🍋 and a make-your-own keychain station that was a hit. 🤲🎉

But the real highlight? The people.

This group of leaders remind us why this industry works when it works-collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in doing things better. Huge credit to Regional Vice President Katie Gill for leading something that feels this intentional and energizing!
