📣 Attention Homeowners: Freezing Temps Are Here! ❄️

If you’re like most of us in the South, these freezing temperatures can catch you off guard—and your tankless water heater might not be ready for the cold either! Here are a few quick tips to protect your unit and avoid costly repairs:

✅ Disconnect Outdoor Hoses: This helps prevent frozen pipes that could impact your water heater.

✅ Insulate Pipes: Wrap exposed pipes near your tankless unit to keep them from freezing.

✅ Use Freeze Protection Mode: Many tankless water heaters have a built-in freeze protection system. Check your manual to see if yours does and make sure it’s active.

✅ Let It Drip: Allowing a small trickle of warm water to flow overnight can prevent freezing in extreme temps.

✅ Power Backup: If the power goes out, follow your water heater’s specific draining instructions to prevent ice damage.

We’ve been doing a ton of light fixture installs this week! Check out these Mid Century Modern fixtures. They’re a mix of actual pieces from the 60’s, up-cycled fixtures from the 80’s, and brand new LED fixtures. My favorite might be the garage lights made by Lightcraft from 1967!
