Keeping the project moving at Martin’s Point. 💪 Our crew has been hard at work on-site, helping to bring the next phase of this project together. We're grateful to be part of a project that will serve the community for years to come.

We enjoyed spending time on site at our S**o school project with our bonding company, Berkley Surety.

It’s always valuable to walk the job together, talk through progress, and share a closer look at the work our team is doing. Thanks to Berkley Surety for visiting the site and supporting projects like this across Maine.

Progress starts from the ground up. Our team is on site at Nonesuch Apartments, preparing the land for the next phase of construction and helping set the foundation for new housing in the community.

We were honored to be part of the groundbreaking ceremony for Hale Trailer’s newest location at the former site of the S**o Drive-In Theater.

Thank you to the City of S**o Government, Great Falls Construction, and Hale Trailer - Portland, ME, for hosting and bringing everyone together to celebrate this milestone!

Making progress at Martin's Point. We're in Phase 2 now: utilities are going in and things are moving right along. The goal is to have it wrapped up by year's end.

There's something special about working on a project like this one.

The Maine Audubon is expanding its Gilsland Farm campus with two new buildings — including the Ann and Jim Hancock Native Plants Education Center, a 4,560 sq. ft. space that will nearly double their public educational capacity. The sanctuary welcomes 100,000 visitors a year, and this expansion will give people of all ages even more room to learn, gather, and connect with Maine's natural world.

We handled the site work, and it's been a great one to be part of. We're grateful to work alongside Wright-Ryan Construction, Kaplan Thompson Architects, Aceto Landscape Architects, and Acorn Engineering on this one. A great group of people doing great work.

Even excavators need a little dental work. 🦷 Their bucket teeth wear down over time, and when they get too worn, the bucket loses its ability to cut cleanly. Our field mechanic handles the swap right on-site so Team Grondin can keep moving without pause.

Looking back on our work at the National Guard Vehicle Maintenance Facility in S**o. This 51-acre project called for a strong start, including a 60,000 CY preload with wick-drain system, followed by major sitework, structural excavation, underground utilities, and paving. Proud to support a facility that will serve both the Maine Army National Guard and Maine Air National Guard for years to come.
