Progress is underway!

From underground infrastructure to a solid foundation, another Schrock Commercial project is taking shape.

A lot of what makes a great building happens long before the walls go up. Proper site preparation, drainage, utilities, and foundation work all play an important role in building something that will last.

We’re excited to watch this project go from an open site to a finished commercial space!

Schrock Commercial is excited to announce the start of construction on a new Edward Jones office in Goshen. We're grateful for the opportunity to help bring this project to life and look forward to delivering another quality commercial space for our community.

Welcome to the Schrock Homes Family, Dawson Melvin!

We’re excited to welcome Dawson Melvin to our team in Accounting!

Dawson spent three years studying at Purdue University Fort Wayne, where he pursued a double major in Economics and Accounting. His strong educational background and enthusiasm for numbers make him a great addition to our team.

When he’s not working, Dawson enjoys fishing, weightlifting, and working on cars. A couple of fun facts about him: he has two siblings, each five years apart, and he is colorblind to certain shades of primary colors.

Please join us in welcoming our summer intern, Shaun Werbiansky, to the Schrock team!

Shaun was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, and is currently attending Purdue University, where he is pursuing a degree in Construction Management Technology, along with a minor in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

When he's not studying the construction industry, you'll likely find him on the golf course, spending time with friends, or hitting the slopes snowboarding.

We're excited to have Shaun learning, growing, and gaining hands-on experience alongside our team this summer. His passion for leadership, construction, and entrepreneurship makes him a great addition to the Schrock Homes family.
