Con Tech Building Systems is proud to be partnering with JRECK Subs on their future Fulton location. Throughout the process, we've been reminded how powerful relationships, shared values, and strong leadership can be in building something special.
One of the most unique parts of this project is the connection through Ellis Martin. The "E" in JRECK represents Ellis's father, and today Ellis is helping lead the construction of the future JRECK Subs location in Fulton as part of the Con Tech team.
It's a great full-circle story that highlights the lasting impact of family legacy, strong partnerships, and the people behind the brands.
We're grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the JRECK team and excited to see this next chapter come to life.

🚧 Now Hiring: Safety Officer / Safety Manager 🚧

Are you passionate about keeping people safe and helping teams succeed? We're looking for a Safety Officer / Safety Manager to join our growing team and help lead our safety efforts across projects throughout the North Country.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that combines both office and field responsibilities, with approximately 40% office work and 60% field presence. You'll work directly with our project teams to promote a strong safety culture while utilizing various software platforms and systems to manage safety programs, documentation, training, and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Conducting jobsite visits and safety inspections across the North Country
✅ Supporting project teams with safety planning and compliance
✅ Managing safety documentation, training records, and certifications
✅ Investigating incidents and tracking corrective actions
✅ Utilizing software systems to monitor, report, and improve safety performance
✅ Helping ensure every employee returns home safely each day

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate effectively with both field and office personnel. Construction industry experience is preferred, but we're willing to invest in the right individual who is eager to learn and grow.
