Broke ground for another new build last week! Suffered a breakdown but we pushed through stayed late, got it repaired, and had the excavation done on schedule for the concrete guys.

We will be headed back after the walls are poured to install footing drains and backfill.
We are doing a full site package with all necessary excavation for utilities, septic system installation, and all the way to final grade and lawn install!

Backfill day yesterday with Just In Time Septic And Site Construction out in Bliss. Started with footer drains and inspection and then we backfilled. Still lots to do there but its coming along nice!

Another lawn restoration after a Septic System installation.
We hauled in 10 loads of soil, regraded everything, hit it with the soil preparator, and then seeded heavily and laid straw. Hopefully in a few weeks its growing in well and they can mow and enjoy it. Wish I wouldve had before pics of this one but I dropped the ball!!

We've been honored with completing a bunch of projects these past few weeks at Whirlwind Veterans and Warrior Retreat, Inc and we are very thankful to be able to give back a little bit to our Veterans.

We moved around 1k yards of topsoil that was hiding a beautiful pond, and then did some grading to dress the dam.

We built a 5k square foot pad along with almost 1200 feet of roadway creating more access to the property.

Lots of drainage work, some driveway topping and grading.

Some work inside one of the barns in preparation for new concrete floor, to be poured soon 💪🏼.

And we are also working on lining the pond embankment with limestone gabion to stabilize and prevent erosion.

I will post more progress pics as we knock more tasks off the list throughout the next couple of weeks, but here are a few for you to check out!!

Knocked out this 75x100 building pad last week in Boston with Justin Dominic at JustInTimeSepticandSite!!

Stripped all Insufficient soils and then hauled in a lot of gravel to build up the area in preparation for a pole barn.

Enjoyed some sunshine and laid some asphalt today! 2 Aprons next door to one another!
