Year 3 of this gorgeous install we completed back in 2020. We incorporated three large boulders, core drilled, to create the water feature. It’s amazing what the sound of water can do for a space. We started this project with a completely bare lot and seeing what it has become is the reason we love doing what we do.

Position: Maintenance Crew Leader
Full time, 40 hours a week, with the option for overtime
Tasks:
Summer:
- Lead a crew of 3-5 on a weekly maintenance route
- Service individual properties efficiently
- Service both residential and commercial properties
- Effectively communicate tasks & what needs to be done to crew members
- Repair minor irrigation leaks, mainly to drip irrigation
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to work outside all day and lift 50 pounds
Winter:
- Lead a crew of 3-5 on a snow removal route (includes commercial and residential properties)
- Make minor repairs to equipment and tools
- Perform maintenance on equipment and tools

Work includes general landscape maintenance of residential & commercial properties. Raking and hauling of pine needles, mowing lawns, using a w**d whacker and gas powered blower.

$18 per hour starting out with no experience.

Higher pay based on experience!

1 pair of work boots per season after 1 year of work.
