Going to hire someone to mow this year?

We will mow with stripes, trim around everything, edge driveways & sidewalks, and blow off the grass. Every week, as needed.

We will show up on the same day & very close to same time, each week, unless it's raining heavily.

At the end of the month you'll get an invoice that you can pay online with card, ach, or apple pay. No additional fees.

And I'm super easy to get ahold of to answer any questions or concerns.

Starting at $45/wk.
We will skip on request or when it gets hot & doesn't grow. Only pay for the mows we do.

Season usually runs April 1st to November 15th-ish depending on weather.

FAQ..
‐Yes we will stripe it up and make it look good.
-Prefer not to do bi-weekly service.
-If you have a fence, I will need to know your gate size.
-Please no locks on gates, unless it's a coded lock and you provide me with code.
-Very hard to text everyone when en route. We run the same routes week to week, so can usually estimate our arrival fairly accurately.

Alot of people asking about lawn treatments now that the weather is warmer.

If you are in Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Oak Grove, or Lee's Summit just text me and I'll be on it! Already have step 1 applied to my existing customers, and can take more!

Step 1 is a Fertilizer with Pre-Emergent.
This is what prevents crabgrass in the summer.
I special order a stronger strength product that gives superior protection. No one else in kc does this to my knowledge.

Nvm. Good to go.

Okay done.

But why doesn't mine look as good as the ones professionally done?

Well probably cause the stuff you got at Home depot is about half the strength. And cost $45 plus tax, whoa that's kind of a waste.

For just a little bit more, you don't even have to worry about it.

Don't need that cart taking up space in the garage.

Don't have to worry about all the half bags of fert sitting there.

It's not that it's hard.

It's just putting down the right product,
at the right time.

Year after year.

And I get maximum strength products.

I actually custom order a super strength Pre-Emergent so that I can put down the annual maximum of that product In Step 1.

It's that time of year.

It's wet, it's nasty...
Fungus is among us.
Feels like it is about to get hot.

Sharpen your blades folks!
Dull blades can bread fungus.
If you water, water only in the AM!
(Until it gets so hot you need an afternoon cool down)

Once the humidity moves out and it starts to feel dry, I would mow ALL the way up on your mower. Fescue likes 4.25"+ in the heat.
