As a builder I recommend that customers visit the work site after the workers have left. Take pictures of things you are not happy with and ask the contractor to meet you at the property to discuss it. Many times clients ask the subcontractors working on the home and that is the wrong approach. Stay professional!!!!

A word of advice: if you ask for an estimate from a builder for your house and they return a quote within a few days…..don’t trust them.

This is a two bedroom two and half bath home. The owner originally wanted an apartment to rent the other side. The owner decided not to place the additional apartment on the other side. We love customizing a home!!!
