Manufacturing plus office building planning on getting solar. Roof is very old And in disrepair, with multiple leaks. I'm recommending a TPO replacement for a longer lasting and energy efficient roof that will reseal the solar footings into one seamless membrane once those are installed.

Very old, very deteriorated roof in Woodland Hills. Multiple patches attempted under and around the solar panels by previous roofers but it ended up being leak chasing.

We removed the solar panels, removed & installed new energy effecient shingles and reinstalled the panels.

Damaged roof with solar. Tarp placed to temporarily stop the leaks but that also meant covering the solar and stopping most of the production. Insurance was about to drop her if she didn't get the roof replaced.

Roof in DTLA a couple of weeks back. It was in very bad disrepair. Homeowner found me on Youtube and saw I could help him with his roof and solar before the tax credit is gone. Solar should be getting installed in the next week or so.
