Great review from Marco... "We hired Eco-Friendly Plumbers to replace our entire, over 75 year old, terracotta sewer line and are extremely happy with the result. Would highly recommend them to anyone in LA.

Our situation was complicated, our home sits between two neighbors and we all share an easement where the sewer lines run. After a neighbor had a major backup and a cracked terracotta pipe was found under another property, it was unclear what was shared vs separate. After getting multiple opinions, we decided to replace our entire line.

Ricky walked me through a full video of our sewer, clearly showing disjointed sections, root intrusion and cracks. He explained all options without pressure and answered a lot of questions in a very thoughtful, straightforward way.

The job itself wasn’t easy, it involved accessing lines under a neighbor’s driveway, but Ricky and his team were professional and very considerate about minimizing impact. They brought a large crew and completed everything in one day, working late to make sure we had service restored that night.

Pricing was competitive, communication was clear, and ex*****on was excellent. Really glad we went with them."
