S. Rogers Pool – Equipment Pad Upgrade 💪

We recently completed a full equipment pad replacement and system upgrade for this property.

The Jandy 2.7 pump was installed last year for the previous homeowner, but the control panel had been mounted to a deteriorating wooden post that was no longer safe or secure. Our team removed all electrical components and built a custom galvanized Super Strut mount, welded for maximum strength and long-term durability.

We also:
✅ Reconfigured and labeled all electrical wiring
✅ Installed conduit to protect communication cables from animal damage
✅ Upgraded the old commercial sand filter to a high-performance DE filter
✅ Reinforced the entire equipment pad to properly support the heavy filter system

Because the existing pads were failing and the filter weight was excessive, we:
• Removed both equipment pads
• Compacted soil with rock and concrete for added stability
• Poured a 3” reinforced concrete footer with rebar
• Installed eight 24” x 24” heavy-duty pavers while the footer was still curing to lock everything in place

The result?
A stronger, safer, and more professional equipment setup built to last for years.
