We cleared this lot a few weeks back and got the culvert and driveway base installed- then after the septic and electrical were installed we got the slab poured and graded around it today. Pretty tight space- so I rented a tiny skid steer, and it worked great.
Will be back once more to add a layer of gravel to the driveway and do a final rake around the pad.

Started this morning in the fog, finished by 4:00. Two loads of base spread to set the culvert and rough in the driveway, two dumpsters filled with brush and hauled off.

Nice little cut and fill pad for a builder down in Glen Rose. Completed today.
