• Skilled Carpenter / Lead Carpenter

• $30–$50 per hour
• 1099 contractor position
• Pay based on experience & ability

Must have:
• 1–2+ years remodeling experience
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation

This was fun! We took leftover trim scraps from our last project and cut 158 blocks to make a charcuterie board for the customers.

Before and Afters of a Big project in Winter Park! We removed multiple walls and changed the layout from four small bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms to one large master with two walk-in’s, soaker tub, and large bathroom. Every bedroom then got its own personal bath with custom showers.
The lower level bath was expanded to accommodate a tub and shower for handicap accessibility. All bathrooms have new infloor heat, heat fans, defogging mirrors, custom vanity’s and tile.
