Zach took off with my truck and trailer today to put new shoes on them 🤙🏼 businesses keeping our business in motion!

Today we’re celebrating Dennis, owner of Down the Road Roofing (DTR)! 🎂

While he’s out working on roofs today, we get to put his truck and trailer to work in a different way — Noel’s Automotive & Tire is taking care of some tires and a wheel bearing for DTR.

Known now - as our Apocalyptic Roof.

105° (on the ground) the first day. Followed by Canada fires blotting out the sun the next day with cooler temps and pure humidity.

None the less - another job well done and a repeat customer. Some of the coolest homeowners Ive ever came in contact with.

Sadly, with 50 year Pros, unless they buy another home for us to do, we will be retired, dead, or both before this roof ever needs to be done again.

Kayson and I changed our skylight last night 😎

When they did this roof they made their own flashing 🤦🏻‍♂️ *FYI* it never works.

The last guy who lived here used the famous "black magic". Good ol' bucket of tar. Well, we all know that dont work right.

Its pretty warm today 🌡 We're not complaining, we're just saying. 100° on the ground is 120°+ on the roof. Tapping out for the day 🙌🏼

We are going to be looking for 2 new laborers starting Monday 7/13 for the Alpena location. IYKYK. Starting pay $18 an hour. Can't be afraid of heights (2 stories) and have to love the heat 😎
