Flushing project. Demoed out the old tile surround and tub to the studs. Demoed the old tile floor and subfloor to make the new tile flush with the hardwood floors. Shower walls got a 3”x12” tile on a vertical 1/3 stagger. The shower floor and bathroom floor got a 24”x48” tile straight laid. The shower floor got a line drain. Dave Watson with Watsons Handyman Services did electrical upgrades/ exhaust fan/ added some can lights in. Gary Roper did all the plumbing. New vanity, new door to closet, new shelves, new trim, fresh paint on ceilings and walls. Counters are in just behind on current photo.

Flushing home. The shower walls and ceiling got a 12x24 polished tile installed vertically on a 1/3 stagger. A nice glass accent band about 6’ up. A couple of niches. The shower floor got 2x2 mosaics. Solid curb. Bathroom floor has strata heat, so no cold tiles. Bathroom floor tile is the same and installed on a 1/3 stagger with all grout joints at 1/16 “. I love the shine to the tile after the final clean!

Flushing project. Demoed the old fiberglass surround out and installed a new bath tub. Tile on the surround was a subway tile on a 1/16”joint. The bathroom got demoed out and the new floor got a hexagon marble. Palmer plumbing did the plumbing. The color contrast of the fixtures on that white tile just pops!

Millington project. Sorry on a few fuzzy photos . The Home was completely demoed to the studs and original subfloor. All new drywall hung and finished. All new subfloor installed and vinyl click floors laid. All new upgraded electrical switches , lights, fans, dimmers, exhaust fans , plumbing etc. ( Dave Watson. Watson’s handyman services). All new tub with a tiled tub surround and a walk in shower in the primary bedroom with a tiled floor . All new doors, trim, wood sills, base boards. Closets made and fabricated on site. Bifold doors and barn doors for primary closet. Pretty much a brand home/ new living space ( kitchen is next soon). All new paint done by Dave Watson as well. Appreciate Dave Watson and all the hard work done and Lowell Pletcher for helping on demo and drywall install. Kitchen will be done soon and I cannot wait to get those final photos either!

Grand blanc home. Massive steam shower. Steam walls / ceiling got a 4”x24” tile. Mosiacs all on the back wall and shower floor. Two 48” kirdi line drains on each side for his/hers. Solid bench. Solid curb. The two holes in the ceiling are for speakers/ music. The Bathroom floors and mudroom floors got a 24”x48” tile on a 1/16 joint. The kids bathroom got a mosaic ( chevron tile). Niche with glass shelves. Kids floor got 24”x24” tile straight laid.

New Northrop home. Full gut! This was only suppose to be a small bathroom upgrade ( new floor, tub insert, etc) and when I got on site it turned into a full primary bathroom suite! I loved it! The walk in shower is in the middle with a raised up soaker tub area. Wainscoting tied to the halfway and shower area. The shower walls/ wainscoting got a 12x24 tile vertical 1/3 stagger. The shower floor got a nice 2x2 mosaic tile, corner seat, niches in the half wall and shower side wall with glass shelves. Waterfall marble tops on the half wall and curb. The platform got a 12x24 tile ( wood grain look) and the lip underneath got some under mount lighting. Bathroom floor is heated with a 12x24 tile on a 45 herringbone. All new drywall hung/ finished/ painted. All new cabinets, toilet, fixtures, lights, etc. Dave Watson from Watsons handyman services did all electrical rework, lighting, etc. Plumbing done by both Palmer plumbing and Gary Roper plumbing.

Highland home. Kirdi line drain

Highland project. Primary suite. 4’x8’ shower. Ditra heat on the shower and main bath floor. Shower walls got a 24”x48” tile. Gold bar accent ( 1/2” and 1”) at the end of the shower area to cap it off ( picture frame). The Floor tile got a 24x48 tile as well. Shower floor got a turtle tile with a kirdi line drain. No square cuts near the drain to make a seamless look ( water still flows). All spectralock epoxy grout and the shower floor got glitter grout mixed in as well.
