⚾ A Home Run for a Great Cause! ❤️💛

On October 3rd, Bergstrom Electric was proud to support the Ladies of Kem’s annual Tables du Jour event!

This year's event brought together local businesses and community members for an evening of creativity, fun, and giving back—all in support of a wonderful cause.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and be part of an event that makes a difference in our community.

Congratulations to Chick-fil-A on their grand opening in Fargo, ND! 🎉

Bergstrom Electric is proud to have been part of bringing this new location to life! Our Fargo team worked hard to complete the electrical portion of this project, and we’re excited to see the doors officially open to the community.

⚡️PROUDLY EMPLOYEE-OWNED SINCE 2012⚡️

For more than 60 years, Bergstrom Electric has been growing alongside the communities
we serve.

Established in 1964, Bergstrom Electric, Inc. began with small residential electrical
projects and has grown into the commercial, industrial, and service work we do today.

In 2012, Bergstrom became employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan
(ESOP), giving eligible employees an opportunity to share in the company's economic
success and have an ownership interest in the company they help build every day.

But what does employee ownership actually mean?

This month, we're asking our employees.

Throughout October, we'll be sharing answers from our employee-owners about what being
part of an employee-owned company means to them, what they value about it, and what
they hope to see in Bergstrom's future.
Because the best way to understand employee ownership is to hear it from the people who
live it every day.
