We’re proud to recognize Dave Hatlen, who has been a valued member of the ICS team since 2011. As a Superintendent and Concrete Finisher, Dave brings experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every project he’s involved in.
When asked what his dream job would be, Dave didn’t hesitate he said he’s already living the dream. That mindset shows in the way he approaches his work and supports the team every day.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time on the golf course. One interesting fact about Dave is his impressive background as a Navy search and rescue swimmer, where his gear consisted of just a mask, snorkel, and fins while performing critical rescue operations.
Family is also a big part of Dave’s life. He shared that he’s fortunate to have an amazing wife, three sons, and two stepdaughters who complete his wonderful family.
Leadership at ICS describes Dave this way:
"Dave is a guy that just takes care of things. Give Dave a project and he runs with it. Dave always has a positive attitude."
