Not all renovations are by choice!
This client contacted us after their water heater failed and flooded the entire basement. After restoration services completed the task of drying the area and removing all of the existing asbestos floor tile, we were called in to restore the space.
We outfitted the main area with vinyl plank flooring and trimmed it with pine quarter round. The laundry/storage side of the basement was finished with masonry waterproofing paint on the floor and walls, along with new trim.

Our latest job taught us about the birds and the bees...

This client came to us with three non-functioning bathroom exhaust fans in his home. After ruling out an electrical issue, we went to the attic to investigate.

Pulling the duct work apart revealed not one, but TWO critter infestations! One duct was filled with honeycomb and the other with an entire bird in the fan turbine (the third fan died of natural causes). After clearing the duct work of the honeycomb and a large bird's nest, we installed all new exhaust fans with LED lighting.
