Progress 📸 at our Riverbank Homestead project

We are in the heart of the interior portion of work on this total whole home renovation, building the coffered ceiling and making the millwork on-site. Eight carpenters hands have been hard at work pulling off the bespoke details throughout the home, and their expertise can be seen and felt. Looking forward to sharing more as it comes along!

Blog Post: Fixed Cost vs. Cost-Plus

There can be a bit of muddy water to wade through when receiving estimates from contractors for your home’s project. Each company has unique ways of presenting information and compiling their costs. Navigating this can be a headache, considering most purchases we make in our day have a pre-determined cost/fee at the time of purchase. Ambiguity in the pricing of a construction project may come from ambiguity in the scope of the project, but often the real answer is tricky to make out. Let’s help clear this all up.

Before & After ~ Mid-Century Lakeside Retreat

A Primary Suite reimagined and expanded from its modest, original 1950's feel. We had a daring goal to add a closet and revitalize the Mid-Century spirit with focal points that felt naturally integrated. The natural, quarter sawn Sapele and satin brass millwork warms the space while it shrouds a hidden doorway to the new closet. When dormant, the design is a showstopper in its own right. With the door ajar, the elegance feels even more exclusive.
