Great Plains Power, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to ensure the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
This role includes but not limited to performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and documentation in accordance with industry and regulatory standards.

- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
- Diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and dielectric equipment.
- Perform welding repairs and limited fabrication work.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all equipment receives required scheduled service.
- Conduct safety inspections in compliance with federal DOT, state, and local regulations.
- Organize and prioritize work to minimize equipment downtime.
Physical & Post‑Offer Requirements
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Post-offer drug screening required.
- Post-offer physical/functional evaluation required.
- Valid Nebraska Class A CDL required.

We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator to manage administrative tasks, ensuring our staff receives the necessary support to perform their duties effectively. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy, playing a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and contributing to our company's sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Manage phone calls, emails, letters, packages, and other correspondence.
• Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting procedures.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals in a timely manner.
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks whenever necessary.
• Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) using Point-of-Sale software.
• Monitor inventory and make necessary adjustments.
• Able to work with the public

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and basic office management software. High school diploma required; a college degree or relevant field experience is preferred. Willingness to train the right individual with the necessary skills.
