We have exciting news and bad news, we’ll start with the bad news first:

We will not have a trained Barista on shift for the next two mornings, Friday 09/11 & Saturday 9/12. With that being said, we do currently have Baristas that are in training, and once they are trained to consistently meet our standards for a Barista, this shouldn’t happen again. Our amazing trainer has been hard at work and we want to give her a couple days off. We will have fresh drip coffee and we will be experimenting with some breakfast burritos! So feel free to stop by. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Now for the exciting news:

Ya’ll voted, we listened! We will be rolling out with testing our new ice cream here in the next few days!!!

Colorado dairy…. Original mix…. Better quality….. and hopefully, better tasting!

Pricing: We are currently working on a new cost analysis for all the items that we sell at Graff Dairy. We want to ensure that you are paying fair market prices without breaking the bank.

After doing some preliminary calculations, it appears the cost of the ice cream may not be as expensive as we thought! We will be working with our vendors to ensure that we are able to bring the best price to you.

Testing: During our testing, we will ask for 10 volunteers to do a blind taste test, which will be recorded and used for marketing purposes including posting online. The first 10 people to message us directly on messenger will be selected. This will take place on Tuesday, September 15th during the day, so make sure you’re available if you are selected!
