Rebuilding these ST-80 Iron Roughneck guide plates today. GTAW welded and finished with a carbide. An actuated pin assembly goes into the receiver galleys but sometimes they don’t always get them stabbed correctly so they wear out the side walls of the plate.

Got to help pull these pump liners from a Gardner Denver pump. I guess 80 tons of force from bottle jacks will try to pull an 1 1/4” nut through half inch plate 😬 coned the steel and completely ripped the welds from the liner wall on the second pod but we got it!

Been doing this one a bite at a time but it’s finally done. An off-road dove tail conversion. Makes for a weird ramp geometry but this trailer has almost 20” of ground clearance in the back so it should be able to handle the mountains just fine 🤙🏻 big thanks to the folks who’ve hopped in and out to help me get it done

The ramps do sit flat and square when loading the truck just moved forward on us 😬
