This townhome had nothing but weeds and dirt for the back yard, I gave an estimate to completely xeriscape the area, but didn’t fit within the budget at the time. So we agreed on just putting in rock for now, so the bones are there for it to get xeriscaped in the future! Nice thing with landscaping is it doesn’t all have to be done at once, breaking it up is a great budget friendly way to get your property looking better year after year!

Customer wanted to add a little more curb appeal to this area. Brought in a few plants, and shrubs along with accent rock and border to contrast the area. Also ran a drip line so her new shrubs can be watered with her irrigation system. Doesn’t take a whole lot to make a boring area, stand out!

I do drywall repairs, painting and handy man work as well! Customer had water damaged drywall in garage, because of truss layouts and attic space it was easier to cut the drywall out to find the leak, there were 2 rotted out holes in the sheathing, from bad shingles and underlayment. I temporarily sealed up the holes and sheathing with roofing cement to get them by until they got a new roof. Then had to tidy up and make it look like I wasn’t there, or at least as good as I can. It’s always really hard to patch that big of a hole and match the rest of the existing drywall/finish. But it turned out good, couldn’t even wait for paint to dry before I took a pic 😅
