Pretty cool to be featured by the school district I graduated from 20 years ago!

Bloomingdale has always been home, and I’m grateful that Douglas Lawn Care has given me the opportunity to continue working, coaching, and serving in the same community I grew up in.

🌟 ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT: Michael Douglas, Class of 2006! 🌟

🌟From playing Cardinal sports to building a thriving business right here in our district, Michael Douglas is a true example of what it means to give back to the community that raised you!

🚜After graduating, Michael founded Douglas Lawn Care, growing it from a small local business to serving over 100 residential customers, local schools, churches, and commercial properties. His work has earned him a spot on Moody on the Market’s 40 Under 40 list, as well as a Best Places to Work award for the team culture he’s built! 🚜✨

✨When he’s not running his business or serving as Sexton for Bloomingdale and Columbia Townships, Michael is coaching youth sports, active at Bloomingdale Christian Church, and raising four future Cardinals, Addison, Noah, Eli, and Lillian, with his wife, Bree. He’s even put his high school Video Productions skills to work, building a YouTube channel teaching equipment repair to viewers nationwide! 🎥🔧

Since going full time in 2018, we’ve been blessed with incredible customers, dedicated employees, and a community that continues to support us. From mowing lawns and maintaining cemeteries to providing burial services and snow removal, we take pride in serving Southwest Michigan every day.
