How far would you go for your customers? We found out this week. 💪

A senior couple, including a veteran, chose the AC system they wanted and locked in their installation for the very next day.

Then we got some bad news—the equipment was backordered.

Cancel the install? Push them out until whenever the equipment showed up?

Not how we do things.

As soon as the boss found out, he tracked down the exact system they purchased.

Only problem?

📍 It was in Denver. 4 hours away.

He put it on will call, jumped in the truck and hit the road.

8-hour round trip. 🚛💨

He made it back just in time to meet our installation crew at the client’s home at 8AM.

The install stayed on schedule. The new system went in. And most importantly, our clients are COOLING. ❄️🙌

Just because a system is old doesn’t mean it’s low on refrigerant.

This 22-year-old AC had already been diagnosed as “low on refrigerant” by a previous company and replacement was being discussed.

When we arrived for a free second opinion, we started with the basics.

Our technician found only 120 volts making it to the condenser. After cutting away years of silicone that had sealed the disconnect shut, we gained access and found the real problem—a burned-up breaker that was only supplying half the required power.

We replaced the breaker, restored full voltage, and the system fired right up.

Was the system perfect? No.

The condenser fan motor was noisy and beginning to fail, and at 22 years old, it had reached the point where investing more money into repairs didn’t make much financial sense. After seeing the condition of the equipment and understanding the options, the homeowner chose to replace the AC instead of putting money into a system at the end of its life.

The lesson? Always diagnose before you prescribe.

A thorough diagnosis can save homeowners from unnecessary repairs—or help them make the right replacement decision with confidence.
