Welcome to 2026 everyone, we hope you had an amazing holiday season! We will be starting early spring clean ups on March 2, 2026 & sprinkler start up & inspections will begin on April 15th, 2026. The price for sprinkler start up & inspections will start at $150 for residential & $350 for commercial properties. W**d spray will also be increased this year as the product has recently increased in price. Also please be aware that we didn't receive near enough snow in the high county so there will most likely be water restrictions this summer so getting set up to water lawns, yards, bushes & trees will be very important to keep everything living & healthy. Set up a meeting with us to make sure you have the best plan for your properties this summer.

We will be operating on a prepaid monthly service only for the 2025 season for all regular weekly & bi-weekly land, property & lawn maintenance services. All service contracts must be pre-paid for one month for any & all services to be perfermed. Gold Creek Lawn Maintenance & Landscape wants to make this announcement to all of our current customers as well as those who are considering starting services with us for the upcoming season.We hope this will give everyone plenty of time to prepare for this change, financially. We will be starting our 2025 season on March 1, 2025 for spring clean-ups, lawn aeration, spring fertilizations, spring trimming of trees bushes & shrub, w**d control & any spring planting. So we are quickly approaching the end of the warm season & we would 1st and foremost like to thank every single person who was a customer this year. We appreciate all the loyalty & dedicated to GCLM & Landscape LLC. 2nd, we would like to let you all know that we will be rearranging the schedule for the 14th, 15th &16th of October as well as 21st thru the 23rd of October. If you need anything at all please contact us before, in between these dates or after the dates as we will be out of town during those times & lastly, we will be doing a November fall clean up this year so if you have leaves, w**ds, trash or anything else that needs cleaned up please give us a call to get a free quote for service.
