SDW Construction in Grand Marais is now hiring! Our construction team specializes in custom homes and renovations in the Grand Marais and surrounding areas.

We have positions available for general carpenters/laborers and finish carpenters. Full-time and part-time positions available. All applicants must have:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent work ethic: promptness, flexibility, and willingness to work as a team
- Ability to work with construction tools, materials, and maintain a safe worksite
- Ability to lift 75 pounds, bend, and climb as necessary to complete projects

Finish carpenters must have prior construction experience including knowledge of carpentry procedures, techniques, tools, and materials.

Our team focuses on new build and renovation projects in the Schroeder/Tofte/Lutsen/Grand Marais areas. Prior experience preferred but not required.
