Trudef Oakridge Onyx Black looks stunning.
Follow-ups are key!
This homeowner was dealing with a lot and preparing for the school year when I first met her. She said to call back the next week. Two months later, we finally filed, and 3 weeks after that she got a new roof! She had an outdated shingle, rusted and broken chimney flashing, severely damaged metals, and holes in the shingles; enter me and Priority.
Brand new shingles, synthetic felt, new painted metals, replaced the chimney flashing and painted, and new modified bitumen flat roofing.
She couldn’t believe the difference, and didn’t have to talk to or deal with anything, as I took care of the whole process. I love to make it as easy and stress-free as possible!

Check out this beautiful new roof!
Homeowner had tough times after a bitter divorce and hasn’t been able to look at the roof. There were many storms this year that hit Ft Worth and surrounding, and the damage was immediately visible when I got up there.
He had solar panels, a leak, and beat up metals. We went ahead and removed the panels, put on a gorgeous new Oakridge Barkwood lifetime shingle, new metals, synthetic felt, gutters, and replaced the panels. Now he has the best looking roof on the street and it goes with his new look on life!
Even got him a new garage door! Yes, I can help you with any issue(s) you may have.

This homeowner is a wonderful woman who had an incredible amount of damage to the roof. Her shed needed a full re-deck!
Previous roofers patched the roof leaving it unsightly, left her with rusted turbines, Gaps without flashing, and warped decking. She saw the work I did for her neighbors, and gave me a call.
Unfortunately I couldn’t upgrade her on this one, but I was able to get her claim approved and almost everything covered. She went from an ugly Shasta White to a smooth Desert Tan. We put synthetic down, all new metals painted to match, and new flashings for the main roof.
And, just look at the difference from the aged rotting wood shake decking on the shed to the new plywood, synthetic felt, and shingles. The difference is amazing! I took care of the whole process, and she gave me such a great compliment while she was sick and worrying about everything: “Ok thank you for all your help. May your name be written in the book of life. God sees your work on being a good servant to his people. I was worried how to do this all and now I'm not. Thank you again for all your help.”

When storms hit…
I was knocking on doors August 2nd after a big storm in Euless/Bedford, and after a few hours decided to get lunch and my car inspected so I could change my registration to Texas. The owner of the shop was hilarious, and when I was paying, he said “Priority Roofing? Hey, give me your card. If you don’t hear from me by Friday, come in and you can inspect my houses. I have a few rentals in Euless.”
I figured he had 3-4 and I’d get 2 approved.
I didn’t hear from him, so I went back that Friday. He tells me he has 8 properties! I inspect and file claims for all of them; of the 8, 1 had a newer roof so he decided to withdraw the claim, but I got the other 7 approved. You can see from the last pictures how bad the roof was, and from the first pictures how great it looks now. It’s easy to be happy with work when you have a great product to backup your claims.
This guy is great. He took a chance on me, and while I’m not going to make much of anything on these as a whole (may even lose), it’s worth it because of the person trusting in me and what the future will hold because of it. He hit me with a great insight yesterday too:
“If you’re honest in business, it will take you longer to make money. But, you will grow consistently; and in 10-15 years you won’t know where it’s coming from because people will trust and promote you to everyone. I started slow, but put my 4 kids through college with 0 debt because I never was a thief. Karma will get you, being a thief will destroy you, but I could tell you were a good person and I only deal with people I trust. Keep it up. Always be honest.”

When other roofers leave you with damage, you develop a distrust for the process and quality; enter me and Priority.
Love this homeowner and that I’m able to help them. He trusts my recommendations, and is very happy with me walking he and his wife through this process.
Two prior roofing companies left them with leaks around the chimneys, unreliable service, and shoddy work at best. Understandably, they were hesitant, but because I constantly kept in contact and updated them with every development, they were more relaxed and confident I’d treat them right.
I gave them lifetime shingles with a waterproof synthetic felt underneath, storm guard rubber around the chimneys, and sealant to every joint. I also added 5 slantback turtle vents because the roof didn’t have any ventilation!
Finally, the previous roofers put sandwich board as a flat roofing material over the porch, so I’m completely renovating the patio roof, increasing the pitch and replacing the sandwich board with real decking and metal R-Panels.
