If you’re dealing with slow drains, frequent, clogged toilets, or sinks backing up it could be a symptom of a larger issue.
A lot of homeowners think that paying a plumber to snake the line is a solution that’s going to offer them relief for a long time.
Unfortunately, a big culprit of slow drains and repeated backups are those beautiful trees and plants in your yard. Tree roots are constantly searching for water and can make their way into joints and connections of PVC pipe, as well as corroding, cast iron sewer drain lines as cracks and holes form in the walls of the pipes.
As these roots grow into the pipe, they can completely block off the flow and drainage of your sewer system.
You can pay a plumber to cut up and hydrogen the tree roots out of the system, but unfortunately, they will grow back right away and cause the same problems, forcing you to pay a plumber AGAIN to come out and snake the roots out.
Once these tree roots are causing frequent issues, your plumber may recommend a full pipe replacement, often requiring excavation through your flooring and concrete slab (which in-turn creates a lot of dust and makes your home unlivable while the work is being completed) or requiring a full tunnel underneath the slab of your foundation (this can create foundation issues down the line once they try to repack the soil under the slab back to how it was before tunneling).
Both of these methods are very expensive, dirty, and take a long time. They should be reserved for the pipes in the worst condition, as a last resort.
After 23 years of experience specializing in this field, we’ve helped over 7,000 clients who have come to us for a second opinion after being told their only option was a very expensive excavation and re-piping project.
Pipe lining is the ONLY way to prevent tree root intrusion from happening again to you and your family or business. Because pipe lining is one continuous installation and the epoxy overlaps to form a tight seal against any external elements, tree roots have no gaps or space to make their way into the system again (just ask anyone off of our 40 page reference list).
You might be worried that pipe lining would cost more than re-piping because we’re able to complete all of the work from the outside of the house, without digging under your house or cutting through your floors, but you don’t need to worry!
Pipe lining can be done in just a few days at HALF THE COST and does not require you to move out of your home while the work is being done!
We offer free inspections by a trained foreman to determine whether your pipes can be lined and how much it would cost for you.
All of our work comes with a 50 year no/backup guarantee which matches the minimum engineered life of any pipe lining material we offer.
We also offer financing; and sometimes your home owners insurance may pay.
