Turns out he’s high on the UNT board so he was willing to get me on board

Adding a strut and rehanging a garage door opener in Arlington Tx

The homeowner told me the garage door would reverse when closing and it didn’t replicate the issue for me but I believe it’s because the panel was bending when closing, which causes the opener motors to sense an issue and reverse

There was nothing wrong with the sensors, balance was good, so it led me to believe this was the issue

After adding a strut, I added tension to balance the door from the extra weight, did a tune up, lowered the opener motor to the proper height and it was smooth!

Replaced two torsion springs on a garage door in fort worth

These were old and nasty filled with grease… I decided to change his drums and cables while I was at it since I noticed a little bit of fray

I didn’t charge him. Just felt like taking care of him.. in return he actually educated me on investments… something he said he doesn’t tell anyone about

Honestly, it was a much-needed conversation, not just about investments, but just conversation in general
