A woodpecker was being a nuisance because it was attracted to pecking on the old cedar siding. So, we replaced the old cedar siding with new fiber cement siding. Also, we tore out the old railroad tie steps along side the house and built new stairs into the grade.

Progress! First we removed the windows in the dining room and replaced them with a slider door. Then, the old window awning was replaced with a custom built portico. Now, we are building an attached deck with a floating wrap-around ramp!
