Seeking qualified individuals for immediate hire.

Looking to add a foreman to our growing company. Our foreman are responsible for leading our installation crews for Landscaping and Synthetic Turf.

Position: Foreman (Full Time)

Hiring Date: Immediately

Pay: $21-$28/Hr (Based on Experience)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Willingness to travel is a bonus)

Responsibilities….

Talking directly with Customers
Ensuring the quality of installations and timeline
Driving pickup trucks and trailers
Operating Equipment
Loading materials
Manage a crew of 2-3 individuals
Ideal Candidate…

Landscaping Experience - 2 Years Minimum
Drivers License - CDL A preferred but willing to work with the right candidate
Crew Management - 1-2 Years Preferred
Organized, Hardworking
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Overtime
Supplemental pay types:

Position: Landscaping Crewmember (Full Time)

Pay: $14-$18/Hr (Based on Experience)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Willingness to travel is a bonus)

Responsibilities….

Working to complete projects in a timely manner with a good attitude

Landscaping

Turf Installs (Excavating, Spreading Gravel, Leveling Gravel, Cutting Cups, Cutting Synthetic Turf, Seaming, Spreading sand)

Hardscaping (Patios, Retaining Walls)

Fence Building (Wood, Vinyl, Aluminum, Chain Link)

Report to your Foreman

Ideal Candidate…

Landscaping Experience - 1 Year preferred

Drivers License

Ability to Lift 60 lbs

Ability to Work Outside daily

Organized, Hardworking, Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
