Check out this tile transformation! 👀

We completely removed all of the old tile and cement board, taking everything back down to a clean slate. From there, we installed new cement board and laid this patterned tile to give the space a fresh, updated look.

A lot of work goes into getting a tile project right, but the finished product makes it all worth it!

We Completed a full unit renovation and turnover to prepare the apartment for its next tenant. Work included removal and disposal of all remaining trash and debris, demolition and removal of existing flooring throughout the unit, and installation of new COREtec luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

The entire unit was painted, including walls, ceilings, trim, and doors as needed to provide a clean, refreshed appearance. Installed new window blinds throughout the apartment, replaced the existing sliding patio door with a new energy-efficient slider with built in blinds, and installed a new front entry door.

All work areas were thoroughly cleaned upon completion, leaving the unit move-in ready with updated finishes and improved functionality.

Before and after! We removed the existing carpet from the hallway and living room, as well as the laminate click-lock flooring in the sunroom, dining room, kitchen, and half bath/laundry room. After properly preparing the subfloor, we installed beautiful new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout, creating a seamless, durable, and updated look from room to room.

We removed the existing wooden railing system and installed a new premium aluminum railing for improved durability, safety, and aesthetics. Since the deck did not have stair access to grade, we also designed and constructed a new staircase complete with multiple landings, providing safe and convenient access from the deck to the yard.
