🏗 PROJECT COMPLETION | Corewell Health – 4600 Breton Road

DV Construction recently completed the build-out of a new outpatient clinic on the second floor of Corewell Health’s 4600 Breton Road facility.

The completed clinical and administrative space includes 7 exam rooms, a dedicated vitals room, lab, shared office space, team room, and 3 conference rooms.

Healthcare construction requires careful coordination of building systems, finishes, clinical requirements, and project logistics to deliver a space that supports efficient patient flow and day-to-day operations.

Today marks Robbie’s last day of his summer internship with DV before heading back to Ferris State University to complete his final year in Construction Management.

After three years gaining hands-on experience in project management, field operations, estimating, and commercial construction, we enjoyed celebrating another successful summer together.

🌞⛳️ Today, DV Construction had the privilege of participating in the Payton’s Pink Rainbow Project Golf Outing at Scott Lake Golf & Practice Center.

Payton’s Pink Rainbow Project was created in honor of Payton and continues her legacy by spreading kindness, bringing joy, and supporting children and families in the community. 💗🌈

We also couldn’t have asked for a better group to spend the day with! A big thank you to Christine Freeman and Samantha Taylor with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, and Jason Korzeniewski with Spesh Construction for joining us on the course.

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with great people while supporting an even greater mission. Thank you to everyone who organized and supported this special event!

🚜🏗 Last week, we officially broke ground on the next phase of expansion for a long-term client in Greenville, Michigan.

This project reflects the value of thoughtful planning and a long-term vision. The expansion includes a 30,000 SF pre-engineered metal building addition and expanded parking designed to support the client's continued growth.

Strategic planning during preconstruction creates opportunities for seamless expansion, improved functionality, and long-term value. It's rewarding to see a vision become reality and help our clients grow with confidence.
