Built in collaboration with Linc Up and TowerPinkster, the development also features a variety of amenities, including a hair salon, fitness center, healthcare suites, community rooms, and a commercial kitchen -- offering residents a chance to age in place while enjoying all the benefits of an urban lifestyle.

On this first day of spring, we’re excited to share how the Lofts of Muskegon is coming along! Siding is underway on the exterior, while interior floors are reaching inspection milestones with plumbing and electrical work. We’re also busy hanging drywall, installing cabinets, and painting! Still more to do – but we’re making progress!

Demolition is in progress for the Habitat for Humanity of Kent County multi-family construction project in Grand Rapids’ Roosevelt Park neighborhood! 🙌🏻

We’re demolishing an old construction warehouse no longer in use by Habitat to make way for a five-story, 40,000 square-foot building at 539 New Ave. SW in Roosevelt Park. The building will feature 27 new affordable condo units in the community. Groundbreaking is expected to take place this spring!

We have broken ground on the new Breton Meadows apartment project at 4325 Breton Road SE in Grand Rapids, which will feature seven three-story buildings containing 168 mixed-income apartments.

We are currently in the process of demolishing the shuttered Family Fare on the site. Demolition is expected to be complete by the end of the year, after which work to prep the site for construction is set to begin.

Orion Construction is demolishing a former Family Fair grocery store in Grand Rapids and converting it into 168 units, called Breton Meadows.

Orion Construction and CWD Real Estate Investment recently revealed the construction progress of the transformation that is underway at 111 Lyon NW – a landmark historic office-to-residential conversion in downtown Grand Rapids and the first project of its kind in Michigan.

Nine months into construction, the former 95,025-square-foot office building (recognized by many as the Fifth Third building) is well on its way to becoming 140 modern one- and two-bedroom apartments, while preserving lower-floor office space for long-term tenants, including Fifth Third Bank.

On Friday, we participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kollen Park Housing Development – a new 52-unit, mixed-income affordable housing project across two sites in Holland. We’re proud to have been part of this project, which is a collaboration between Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids, Community Action House, Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, City Of Holland, Michigan - City Hall, and Hope Church.

On Thursday, we were part of Kent County Health Department’s Fuller Main Health Clinic ribbon cutting, marking a huge milestone in public health in Kent County! We are proud to have served as the construction firm for KCHD’s newly renovated Clinical Services and Environmental Health spaces, which are now open to the public. These new improvements will provide high-quality medical care in a modern, functional environment. Congratulations KCHD!
