Starting in January, DeBoer Building will be in need of a part-time office manager! Courtney will be on maternity leave for a couple months so we will need someone to fill in her position during that time (we are flexible on how many hours you would like to work during the maternity leave, 3-5 days/week would be preferable). Once Courtney is back in the beginning of April, we would like the position to be permanent at 2 days/week.
The job consists of, but is not nearly limited to:
-communicating with our customers, subcontractor's and employees when necessary
-initiating customer selections and scheduling
-payroll and monthly taxes for the business
-paying bills and invoicing projects
-filing/sorting/organizing
-answering the phone and emails
We will provide on-the-job training, office experience is not required. Typing and computer knowledge is needed. We would like a self-motivated, organized, friendly individual. If you or someone you know is interested, please fb message, email or call our office!
