Small little project today.

Home inspector noticed that the Hardie panels were bowing at the bottom between the window and the slider.

So one panel was removed to evaluate and make sure there was no moisture getting behind the panels. It was determined they weren’t enough fasteners so they installed a new one and secured the others.

I filled and fixed the new and old nail holes and hit it was a couple of coats (3 on the new one) of Sherwin Williams Duration Satin to match the old faded ones. I think they did a good job with the match after some minor corrections.

“Fun” exterior painting job after the siders replaced a bunch of old window sills, trim, and siding with PVC and James Hardie.

That peek in the last two photos was a real doozy. 40ft ladder and took two guys to move it around and raise it because it was too tight for a lift.

There was a lot of intricate trim work that really isn’t done justice by the photos. And lots of small areas here and there that needed to be fixed.

The home owner wanted to break up the tile I painted around the fire place. I think it was the right move.
