Something real is happening at PanelBoy Controls in a few weeks.

We're recording a podcast with two young guys coming up in the trade:

• Cole - Summer intern from KCTC finishing his 2nd year in Mechatronics
• Carlos - Heading into his 2nd year in Mechatronics at KCTC

We're putting them in front of our control technicians and letting them ask the real questions:

What's the job actually like?
What skills matter most?
What separates the people who make it from the ones who don't?

This trade needs more people willing to learn, show up, and get their hands dirty.

Instead of talking about the "skills gap," we're bringing the next generation into the room with the people doing the work every day.

That's how you build the future.
