Check out this gorgeous space! ✨️

We recently completed a full electrical design build for Cedar Rose, a salon expansion featuring private suites, style stations, shampoo stations, and a color bar.

Every space had its own set of needs, so we worked closely with the client to understand how each area would be used, then built a custom lighting layout and new power distribution around that. Each suite, station, and common area received dedicated lighting and power tailored to its function.

Here's a look at what went into it:

When Kawasaki Engines needed a space where their team could train, test, and come together, we got to work.

From start to finish, our scope covered:
☑️ 18,000 sq ft design-build renovation of existing warehouse space
☑️ 3,000 sq ft testing and training area with powered workstations and engine exhaust systems
☑️ Nearly 6,000 sq ft Town Hall with LED walls, theatrical lighting, and cutting-edge AV

We also handled data cabling, fiber runs, nLight lighting controls, and fire alarm integration.

Supporting critical healthcare environments requires careful planning and reliable ex*****on.

This multi-phase renovation for the Beacon Health Emergency Department was completed while hospital operations remained fully active.

Our work included demolition and renovation of waiting areas, exam rooms, restrooms, and staff workstations, along with upgraded electrical infrastructure, new power distribution, LED lighting, nLight lighting controls, and updates to the existing Simplex fire alarm system.

LEI completed the design-build electrical scope for a new 145,000 sqft distribution facility for Classic Transportation & Warehousing.

The project included a new 800A 480V/277 service, power for 18 dock levelers, mechanical equipment, and full LED lighting throughout the building.

Electrical systems were also installed for office and restroom areas to support daily operations across the entire facility.

LEI delivered design-build electrical services for a 175,000 sq ft facility addition at Extruded Aluminum Corporation.

The project included a medium-voltage distribution expansion, new PMH-9 switches and 3000kVA transformers, large-capacity switchboards, and power for overhead cranes, truck docks, and owner equipment.

The facility was completed with LED site and interior lighting, nLight controls, and electrical systems supporting new office and restroom areas.
