Before ➡️ After

This wasn’t our biggest project… but it was definitely our most challenging one to date.

When we started, this was a 4-bedroom, 2-bath beach box that needed a complete transformation. Over the course of this renovation, we:

✅ Added 2 half bathrooms
✅ Completely remodeled the kitchen
✅ Replaced three layers of rotten subfloor & installed all new LVP throughout
✅ Renovated both existing full bathrooms
✅ Added closets to two bedrooms
✅ Installed all new windows
✅ Removed the existing front porch and built a new 10’ x 30’ covered porch
✅ Relocated the front stairs to the west side of the home
✅ Demolished existing concrete and poured new concrete
✅ Reconfigured the downstairs storage area

…and countless other improvements along the way.

Every project is an opportunity to grow, improve, and create something we’re proud to put our name on. Thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing this renovation to life.

On to the next one 💪
