Bluewater Restoration takes on small and large jobs. This pretty little powder room had a water leak from a broken pipe collar in the ceiling. Once we repaired the leaking pipe, we sanitized and dried the wet interior framing. We then performed structural drying, replace the drywall, refinished it, and painted the room!

While completing some indoor environmental work for owner, we replaced their dated flooring with new LVP floors.

Vacation home ceiling was holding moisture and causing a fungal ecology to grow. After cleaning, sanitizing, and repainting the ceiling, Bluewater Restoration also exchanged the ceiling fan for a larger, reversible fan to circulate the high humidity issues that plagued this beautiful room.
